The rectangular two-board mahogany top with bracket edge above a conforming case with a veneration of three short drawers above three graduated size long drawers above a drop-panel skirt ending in heightened bracket feet. Poplar is secondary wood. Extensive string inlays. Feet are all original, replaced brasses, older refinish. See Brunk Auctions catalog, November, 2004, for similar chest of drawers. |
