Description
Dentzel Prancing Western Pony, 1905-1910, carving attributed to Daniel Muller while working for Dentzel. Rare style, second row, mountain lion behind the saddle, tomahawk hanging from the saddle, long-handled spear along the side, Western-style saddle with lariat draped hanging from the pommel, tucked head with full swirling mane and forelock. Beautifully restored. Slight seam showing on rear left leg. Wooden stand and brass included. Crated by Craters & Freighters, ready for shipment, crate size 60” x 31” x 63”.
